DISCLAIMER

Brand ADIPA is owned by the principal company IGA – Indranil Garai and Associates, with its registered office in Pune.

BUYING

ADIPA Nameplates can be bought online through 3 simple steps:

Step 1 – Create your own Nameplate on our interactive widget

Step 2 – Confirm design and make payment

Step 3 – And we will deliver to you in 8-10 working days anywhere in India

You can buy them through our Personal Assistance .

Please Note : While buying online in case of multiple delivery addresses separate orders need to be placed.

PAYMENT

1. Bank transfer to IGA’s account through our widget or Google pay to 8805408585
2. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made a confirmation mail is sent to you within 24 hours
3. Tax invoice is sent to you with the Nameplate at the time of delivery & by email

DELIVERY

1. We deliver to you free within a period of 8-10 working days anywhere in India.
2. Delivery period of ADIPA Nameplates are estimates. We do not accept responsibility for late delivery due to strikes, lockouts, inclement weather, or other problems arising because of circumstances beyond our control.
3. If the buyer is unable or fail to accept the delivery of the Nameplate and the same is returned to us the buyer will incur storage and re-delivery charges charged by ADIPA.
4. If any damage to the Nameplate is found on delivery, buyer should contact us within 6 hours and email the required photographic proof of the same. After the damage report is made by team ADIPA, the replacement will be borne by us, subject to acceptance by the ADIPA technical team.

INSTALLATION

1. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to install the Nameplate
2. For any advice or assistance on installation please write to us on adipa@igastudios.com

RETURN, CANCELLATION & REPLACEMENT

1. We do not have a Return policy.
2. We do not have a Cancellation policy
3. The buyer can request a replacement for the following conditions
1. Error in script / spelling as requested by buyer.
2. Error in design as requested by buyer.
4. In case of replacement request the buyer has to email on adipa@igastudios.com with the valid reason along with copies of delivery slip and Tax Invoice for sanction of replacement request.
5. After confirmation of replacement by team ADIPA, we will arrange a pick up from the buyer.
6. The buyer is required to return both the Nameplate with packing in their original condition. The delivery slip and original invoice must be part of the return shipment for sanction of replacement request.
7. Once all adjustments are made according to new Nameplate selected by the buyer we will dispatch the new Nameplate on receipt of the adjustment amount as agreed by the buyer.
8. Replaced Nameplate will be sent to the buyer by us only after all payment differences are cleared if any.

COPYRIGHTS

1. Brand ADIPA is owned by the principal company IGA – Indranil Garai and Associates, with its registered office in Pune. IGA retains the intellectual property rights, copyright and design right in all ADIPA Nameplates sold by it, which may not be reproduced or copied in any form whatsoever notwithstanding the fact that they have become the property of the buyer in terms of sale, or otherwise.
2. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights shall remain the sole property of IGA, we will strongly protect its rights in all circumstances.
3. The buyer may not copy, modify, transmit, transfer, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part unless permitted by IGA through a written consent.
4. The buyer understands that any such violation is unlawful in many jurisdictions and that any contravention of law may result in criminal prosecution.
5. IGA may change their terms and conditions from time to time. The terms that apply to the buyer are those posted here on our website on the day the buyer ordered the sculpture.

INDEMNITY

The buyer agrees to indemnify IGA against any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising in any way out of your use of our website, or the infringement by the buyer or by any other person using the buyer’s computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

If any dispute arising out in connection with these terms or any contract between the buyer  and IGA, then the buyer agrees to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with IGA  in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation only in PUNE city.
