RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds

We do not have any refunds policy for the ceramic products or any products that have been used after purchase.

Returns

For name boards replacements will be done if there is any error in the spellings as compared to the ordered nameplate.

In case of any manufacturing defect, spelling error, or missing item in the order we will provide a replacement on receiving a photo of the damaged parcel/or products received in parcel subject to approval by our team. Each and every parcel has undergone a quality check before dispatch. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be packed in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  If the return is approved, we will initiate replacement within 2 working days of receipt of the parcel.

Cancellation Policy (if applicable)

All orders that have been assembled as per your order or dispatched from our office cannot be cancelled.

All other orders can be cancelled at no additional cost by sending an email to [email protected], [email protected] within 48 hours of placing order.

Refund on cancelation

If cancelation is approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 working days

It takes 7-10 days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected].

Exchanges (if applicable)

For any replacement of a nameplate with wrong spelling as per the order, a new nameplate will be supplied at NO extra cost to the customer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or [email protected] and send your item to:

Thereafter, the product will be inspected as described in the returns section above and exchange product will be shipped out to you within 2 working days of acceptance of the original product.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Charges

We have a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 59/- (Inclusive of GST) on prepaid orders. Certain products which are heavy in nature have an additional shipping charge charged on them over and above the flat Rs. 59/- charged on every order. These are clearly mentioned before checkout.

Cash On Delivery service has an additional charge of Rs. 50/-

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary between 3-10 days after receipt of the original parcel by our office.

Shipment Dispatches

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via a private courier with tracking and drop-off with signature. Whichever shipment company is used to send out your parcel, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
